Shipping & Returns

Returns: Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Claims for returns and/or quantity Discrepancies must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. A written authorization from the factory is required prior to the return of merchandise. Transport costs for unauthorized returns will be the responsibility of the distributor. Merchandise must be returned in order to receive credit. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

Delivery/shipping: Catalog prices do not include shipping costs. Depending on the product, normal  shipping dates are between 5 – 15 working days from receipt of artwork. All freight charges and insurance are the responsibility of the distributor. The selection of carrier shall be at the factory’s discretion if not specified. Even when specified, it may be necessary to use our preferred carrier in order to meet your delivery requirements. Due to the custom nature of our product and unforeseen circumstances, which may arise during production, it may be necessary to change the shipping method from ground to air in order to meet your deadlines. Special requests may be subject to a handling fee.

Address Information: To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, PLEASE PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS AND POSTAL CODE. We cannot ship to box numbers. It the ship-to address is a residence, you must advise; surcharges will be the responsibility of the Distributor.

Split Shipments: (On different dates) / Individual and Drop Shipments (Multiple shipments on same date). Add $5.00 per address in Canada, and $15 per address in USA, plus actual shipping charges. All claims for damaged and lost goods in transit or for delayed delivery must be filed by the distributor / recipient with the carrier on receipt.
